Shipping Policy
SheepDog Designs LLC creates many items specifically for each customer. Please allow time for your order to be created before it is shipped.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 7-10 business days. Larger orders, highly customized projects, special-order items, or orders requiring customer approval may require additional processing time.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $8.00.
Express shipping is available for $15.00.
Orders of $70.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout apply after your order has been completed and shipped. Selecting Express shipping speeds up the shipping portion of your order but does not shorten the time required to create or personalize your items.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur that are outside our control. If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
